My Story

I’m one of those people who’s had “teacher” written in their DNA since day one. Even as a kid, I was the go-to person for explaining tricky math problems or unraveling electrical engineering mysteries in high school. Fast forward to my career, and here I am—after hundreds of trainings, presentations, and coaching sessions, I’ve learned one thing: I absolutely love helping people “get it.” There’s nothing better than seeing that “aha!” moment on someone’s face. Whether it's breaking down a complex concept or inspiring a fresh perspective, this is my happy place.
I’ve also discovered that teaching others is one of the most powerful ways to deeply understand any topic. As the physicist Richard Feynman famously said, "If you want to master something, teach it." Every time I explain an idea, answer a question, or guide someone through a concept, I’m not only helping them learn but also reinforcing and expanding my own understanding. Teaching forces me to look at challenges from new angles, simplify complexity, and make connections I hadn’t considered before. It’s a mutual growth process—by sharing knowledge, I grow too.
After spending over a decade in an international company, leading a team of brilliant, ambitious engineers, I found myself wanting more than just day-to-day management. I wanted to coach people on something deeper—their own leadership potential. I invested over 400 hours in top-notch coaching programs (and trust me, I loved every second). I’ve learned how to make coaching practical and accessible, grounded in real-world models and hands-on exercises that you can actually use—none of that theory overload that gathers dust.
Looking back, my path to coaching started way before I even knew what coaching was. As a kid, I often felt lonely, navigating life on my own without the kind of support I craved and always trying to figure things out on my own. I was the “clever girl” who could crack the math problems and later got a thrill out of the world of electrical engineering (yes, I was a total science nerd!). Diving into technical challenges gave me a purpose, something I could throw my heart into. And as my career took off, I felt on top of the world. I traveled abroad for work, diving into new cultures and technologies, soaking up knowledge everywhere I went. Each trip opened my eyes and pushed me to grow, both as a professional and as a person.
Despite my achievements, something still felt…off. Even with my supportive, loving relationship, and having my career as a source of pride, I still felt like something was missing. I took a bold step, heading to Switzerland for new career opportunities and a fresh start, hoping my partner would follow. But, as life would have it, things didn’t go quite according to plan, did they?
Moving to a new country brought a mix of excitement and challenge. I had a fresh job to dive into, but soon enough, feelings of loneliness and self-doubt started to settle in. I tried to push through, relying on my usual “head-over-heart” approach, but the more I ignored my emotions, the more they built up. (Spoiler: ignoring them doesn’t work!)
Eventually, I turned to therapy and started peeling back the layers. For the first time, I started connecting the dots between my past and who I am today. This was a turning point, but it wasn’t until I found coaching that I experienced a real shift. Through coaching, I learned how to change my beliefs, strengthen my purpose, and apply practical tools to my life. It was a true “lightbulb moment” (very fitting for an engineer!)—and I knew I wanted to help others experience the same clarity.
Coaching transformed my life, taking me from self-doubt to a place of confidence, balance, and joy. Now, it’s my mission to help others find this kind of transformation. I want to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and lead with authenticity. Real change doesn’t come from just “powering through”; it comes from self-awareness, compassion, and yes, a bit of humor.
Through coaching, I didn’t just transform personally; I also experienced an incredible shift in my professional life. With newfound clarity and confidence, I quickly stepped into a leadership role, leading an ambitious R&D team with energy and purpose. The tools and insights I gained through coaching helped me build a positive, high-performing team culture and tackle challenges with a fresh, strategic perspective. In a short time, I went from managing tasks to leading people, feeling truly fulfilled and in alignment with my career.
So, if you’re ready to experience growth that’s practical and lasting, let’s get started. I’m here to help you turn challenges into strengths and become the leader you’re meant to be—one laugh and one breakthrough at a time.

What relaxes me?
I find joy in nature, whether it's walking solo or with loved ones.
Outdoor activities are my favorite, especially when they let me enjoy fresh mountain air. Living in a mountainous area gives me endless chances for hiking, taking on via ferratas (protected climbing routes in the Alps), and lately, stepping out of my comfort zone on a mountain bike, pushing my limits on a mountain bike as I navigate rocks and roots.
On colder evenings, you’ll find me dancing around a step in fitness classes, or playing badminton or tennis- even if I’m still perfecting my game!
I’m driven by a constant curiosity and a love for learning, especially about leadership, coaching, communication, and relationships. Discovering new things about myself and others, while practicing tools and exercises with friends and loved ones, brings me into a true flow state.
