FAQ
I help managers, leaders and aspiring leaders from all walks of life, all industries, sectors and territories. If you are self-aware enough to know you would like to do professional development of your leadership skills - this training is for you. My clients want to grow, learn and have fun whilst doing it. Leadership working experience is not required.
Each module has many short videos, so that you can watch it anytime. You also might want to watch it more than once to genuinely take in all the guidance, and you will be encouraged do the workbook alongside it on the second viewing. That will take about 2 hours, bi-weekly. The bi-weekly calls are 90 minutes long. Many clients have said that the programme has given them time back though, as they've been able to prioritise, focus and delegate more.
You can watch the recording for up to 2 weeks after the date it was held. This is to protect those attending the calls from having their challenges online indefinitely - and it gives you the motivation to watch the video as soon as you can.
If you want to learn how to be a better leader, with a supportive community and an expert guide, there is not another programme like it. You have 14 days from the start of the program to change your mind, and to get your money back.
